Job Description

Provide oversight of site managers, medical transport, and residential trainer. Maintain training specific folders. Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Residential Manager to oversee the daily care of our individuals and upkeep of their homes. As Residential Manager, you will lead a team of healthcare professionals, assist with ongoing training, and ensure the delivery of high-quality services that promote residents' well-being, dignity, and independence. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and individuals with developmental disabilities through effective management and compassionate leadership. Duties Provide oversight of site managers, medical transport, and residential trainer. Maintain training specific folders. Calculate site checks, unannounced visits, fire/tornado drills. Handle all residential meeting including monthly and turn in check pick up sheets to QI. Attend house meeting trainings as needed. Review HR and Training Grid for Site Manager list every evening. Fill out daily log for shared documents. Host Site Manager meetings as needed. Maintain site manager vacation calendar. Help organize special events for outings. Any other duties as specified by Executive Director. Requirements Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home environments with a focus on senior or long-term care management. Extensive knowledge of long-term care regulations, health regulation policies, and healthcare financial management. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory experience in healthcare settings; ability to motivate teams effectively. Familiarity with developing and managing care plans for residents with complex needs such as Alzheimer's disease or developmental disabilities. Strong organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple responsibilities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Experience in nursing home administration or healthcare operations management is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for interacting with residents' families, staff members, healthcare professionals, and regulatory agencies. Knowledge of medication administration protocols and safety procedures within a healthcare setting.

Pay:
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
