This is a live-in position where you'll play a key role in improving quality of life while leading and supporting a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). What You'll Do Support people with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, mobility, etc.) Lead, train, and coach DSP staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage Oversee medications, documentation, and compliance with care plans Help people build independence, life skills, and community connections Plan activities, outings, and meaningful community engagement Monitor health, safety, and overall well-being of the people in the home Manage household needs (groceries, budgeting support, maintenance requests) Schedule & Living Arrangement Live-in role (Sunday-Thursday nights required) Standard hours:
