Capitol View Schedule:

We're looking for an Assistant Community Manager who takes pride in owning the financial and operational performance of a community while creating a consistent, well-managed resident experience. The Opportunity In this position, you will drive day-to-day operations, with a focus on financial performance, compliance, and resident retention. You act as the operational backbone of the community, ensuring processes are executed accurately and issues are resolved quickly.
Key areas of focus include:
Managing delinquency and leading collection efforts with clear, consistent communication Driving revenue through renewals, lease enforcement, and income optimization strategies Auditing and maintaining accurate resident files across the full lifecycle Supporting resident relations by resolving concerns with professionalism and follow-through Assisting in daily operations, including tours, team coordination, and property standards Leading by example which includes coaching and mentoring team members to exceed expectations Stepping in to be a leader in the manager's absence ensuring smooth operations. This is a role for someone who is proactive, does not avoid difficult conversations, holds a high bar for execution and professionalism, and is comfortable driving performance with consistency and confidence. What You Bring to the Team You have a solid foundation in OneSite system and property management operations (with at least 1 year of experience as an assistant community manager), including collections, lease administration, compliance and resident relations, and are looking to expand your impact within a growing community. More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work.
