Nashville, TN Pay Range:
$23-$24 per hour We're looking for a dependable and people-focused Assistant Property Manager to join our team in Nashville, TN! You'll work closely with the Property Manager to make sure residents feel at home and the property stays in great shape.
Your day might include:
Helping new residents with leasing and move-ins Answering questions and resolving resident concerns Assisting with rent collections and keeping records accurate Supporting community events and marketing efforts Processing invoices and purchase orders Helping train and support office team members What We're Looking For At least 1 year of property management or leasing experience Friendly, professional attitude and strong customer service skills Great communication and attention to detail Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Someone who enjoys being part of a team and making a difference every day
