Property Manager

Property Caretaker — Glamping Tepees (Pigeon Forge) Hiring a full-time Property Manager / Caretaker to manage, clean, and maintain a portfolio of luxury glamping tepees in Pigeon Forge. This is a self-directed role with minimal oversight — we need someone motivated and hardworking who can manage their own day. A typical day looks like 8am-11am office/admin work, 11am-5pm cleaning, maintaining, or improving the tepees and grounds. What you'll do Turn over and clean tepees between guest stays Maintain and improve the tepees and the property Offer optional mid-stay cleans and other services to guests Restock minibar snacks and amenities (once implemented) Coordinate golf cart / ATV rentals (if implemented) Manage Social Media, pricing, and OTAs (Airbnb, VRBO, etc.) Any other property-related, or other type, work needed to fill the day Pay Base salary: $50,000/year Performance bonus (revenue / incentive -based): $3,000-$10,000/year Cleaning tips: any tips guests leave for cleaning (currently ~400 stays/year) Schedule Full-time, 40 hours/week 8am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch (lunch can be shortened) Required days: Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Days off: any 2 of Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday Start/end times can be adjusted on weekends if needed What we're looking for Trustworthy, hardworking, and able to learn independently Because oversight is minimal, all three traits are non-negotiable Room for advancement This role is expected to shift into a management position over the next 3-5 years as we expand and start new ventures.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
