Assistant Property Manager

We re looking for an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations and ensure smooth management of leasing, maintenance, financials, and resident relations. This role works closely with the Property Manager to uphold company policies, enhance property value, and maintain compliance with housing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in leasing, marketing, and maintaining high occupancy. Support financial operations, including rent collection, budgeting, and vendor coordination. Help oversee maintenance, inspections, and resident satisfaction efforts. Ensure accurate record-keeping and compliance with housing laws and company policies. Experience:

1+ year in property management preferred.

Skills:

Strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Education:

Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Certifications:
