Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced On-Site Property Manager to oversee a homeowners association (HOA) community in Aledo and Cresson, TX. This role is responsible for daily operations, homeowner relations, and working closely with the Board of Directors to maintain a well-managed community.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day HOA operations Act as liaison between Board of Directors, homeowners, and vendors Enforce CC&Rs, bylaws, and community rules Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and vendor services Prepare budgets, financial reports, and board meeting materials Attend board meetings (including occasional evenings) Respond to homeowner inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:
3+ years of HOA or property management experience preferred Knowledge of HOA operations and Texas Property Code preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
