Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Assistant Association Manager to support the daily operations of a premier, large-scale homeowners association. This isn't just an administrative role—you are the face of the community. You will work onsite to ensure the neighborhood maintains its high standards, vendors deliver exceptional service, and residents receive proactive, professional communication. At Blue Hawk Management , we don't just "manage" properties; we build relationships. We are looking for someone who shares our commitment to transparency and "wizard-level" efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Homeowner Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries, resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.Compliance & Inspections:
Conduct regular onsite property inspections to ensure adherence to community CC&Rs. Issue friendly reminders and formal notices as needed to maintain property values.Vendor Coordination:
Assist in overseeing onsite vendors (landscaping, pool maintenance, security). Ensure work orders are completed on time and meet quality standards.Board Support:
Assist in preparing board packets, attending evening meetings, and drafting accurate minutes.Financial Administration:
Process accounts payable, assist with delinquency monitoring, and help the General Manager track budget variances.Technology Management:
Utilize the Blue Hawk portal to manage work orders, architectural review applications (ACC), and community-wide communications.Lifestyle Events:
Coordinate reoccuring events for the community. Design and distribute effective communication around upcoming events, news and announcements.Qualifications Experience:
2+ years in HOA management, luxury hospitality, or high-end property management.Knowledge:
Familiarity with state-specific HOA laws (e.g. Texas Property Code) is highly preferred.Communication:
Exceptional written and verbal skills. You should be comfortable speaking in front of groups and de-escalating tense situations.Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (especially Teams and Excel) and industry software (Cinc, Vantaca, AppFolio, uManage). The "Blue Hawk"Edge:
A proactive "get it done" attitude. You see a problem and solve it before the Board even knows it exists.Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:
