This pivotal role involves overseeing resident care, staff management, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence to ensure a safe, welcoming, and supportive environment for residents and their families. The ideal candidate will bring energetic leadership, extensive experience in senior and assisted living settings, and a passion for enhancing quality of life through personalized care. Responsibilities Lead and supervise caregiving staff, under the direction of nursing personnel, and administrative teams to deliver exceptional resident-centered care. Assist the ARN with(POC)- develop, implement, and monitor individualized care plans tailored to each resident's needs, including memory care and dementia-specific strategies. Ensure compliance with all health regulation policies, long-term care regulations, and safety standards across the facility. Oversee medication administration processes, under the direction of the Administrative RN, ensuring accuracy and adherence to legal requirements. Foster a positive community atmosphere by engaging residents in social activities and supporting their emotional well-being. Maintain open communication with residents and their families. Requirements Proven experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or similar senior care environments with a focus on long-term care management. Strong background in dementia care, Alzheimer's support, memory care programs, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities. Demonstrated leadership skills with supervisory experience in healthcare or home & community care settings. Knowledge of health regulation policies, long-term care regulations, and nursing home administration best practices. Competence in healthcare financial management including budgeting and resource planning. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Relevant certifications such as nursing license or healthcare administration credentials are preferred.
