We are seeking a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Property Manager in Austin, TX who can confidently lead daily operations, manage financial performance, and drive occupancy while delivering an exceptional resident experience. This is an onsite leadership role ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands both operations and financial accountability. Austin, TX $70,000- $75,000(Based on Experience) Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Onsite | Market-Rate Multifamily Community What You'll Do Oversee daily operations of a market-rate multifamily community Manage property financials including budgeting, rent collections, expense control, and financial reporting Utilize OneSite and RealPage for operational and financial management Supervise and mentor on-site team members to achieve performance goals Drive leasing performance, renewals, marketing initiatives, and resident retention Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance to ensure asset preservation Experience Required for Your Success What You Bring Minimum 3 years of experience as a Property Manager in a market-rate or mixed-income community Bilingual (English/Spanish) required Strong background in financial management, budgeting, and analyzing financial reports Experience with OneSite and RealPage (required) Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Ideal Candidate Traits You are: Professional and proactive in problem-solving Strong in customer service and team development Highly detail-oriented and accountable Driven to maintain high performance standards and resident satisfaction The ideal candidate is a bilingual professional with strong leadership skills, financial acumen, and proven success managing day-to-day property operations.
