Luxury Lease Up Property Manager

We are seeking a high-energy, hands-on Senior Community Manager to lead operations, drive occupancy, and create an exceptional resident experience within a luxury community environment. This role is perfect for a strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building and motivating teams, and has a passion for driving financial and operational success.

Responsibilities Include:

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop onsite teams Drive leasing, occupancy, and revenue goals Oversee daily community operations and resident satisfaction Manage budgets, vendors, and financial performance Collaborate with marketing, operations, and leadership teams Conduct property walks and maintain community presentation standards Support resident retention and renewal initiatives Build relationships with residents, clients, and local industry partners Oversee resident events, social engagement, and community culture

Qualifications:

7-10+ years of leadership experience within Property Management, Hospitality, Corporate Housing, or related industries Proven experience driving operational and financial performance Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience managing teams and building strong community culture Yardi and Orion experience preferred but not required If you are a strategic leader who loves building strong teams and creating an elevated resident experience, I would love to connect with you! #

BGDH Pay:

$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
