Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our property portfolio. This role involves managing building systems, supervising maintenance teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and enhancing tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, technical expertise in facilities management, and a passion for maintaining high-quality environments. Your energetic approach will drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all property functions. Duties Oversee the management and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, low voltage, and high voltage equipment Supervise maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and preventive maintenance tasks Utilize Rent Manager to schedule work orders, track asset history, and optimize maintenance workflows Manage facilities operations by implementing safety protocols, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with industry standards Coordinate projects related to building upgrades or renovations with internal teams and external vendors Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for accountability and reporting purposes This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead facility operations that keep our properties running smoothly while fostering a safe, efficient environment.
