Job Description

Property Manager needed for 2 TAX CREDIT communities in Comfort TX.
Leasing & Marketing:
Oversees marketing strategies to minimize vacancies, conducts property tours, screens applicants, and executes lease agreements.
Resident Relations:
Addresses resident complaints, handles lease violations, manages renewals, and ensures a positive living community to improve retention.
Maintenance & Operations:
Supervises maintenance staff, manages vendor relationships, ensures timely completion of work orders, and oversees property inspections and "make-ready" tasks.
Compliance & Administration:
Maintains compliance with local, state, and federal Fair Housing laws and maintains accurate, updated tenant files.
Staff Leadership:
Interviews, hires, coaches, and supervises on-site staff (leasing agents, maintenance, etc.) to achieve property goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in property management.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with residents, staff, and vendors.
Technical Proficiency:
Knowledge of property management software.
Financial Acumen:
Understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and expense control.
Organization:
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
From $24.00 per hour
