This role involves ensuring the property's optimal functionality, safety, and compliance while providing exceptional service to tenants and stakeholders. The Property Manager will coordinate maintenance activities, supervise staff, and implement management strategies to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction. Duties Oversee the overall management of property operations, including maintenance, safety, and tenant relations Supervise maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs and upgrades Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools Coordinate with vendors for HVAC, electrical, mechanical, low voltage systems, and industrial equipment repairs Monitor building systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics, and electrical panels to ensure optimal performance Conduct regular inspections of facilities using tools like ohmmeters and multimeters to identify issues early Manage project timelines for renovations or upgrades, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs for accountability and reporting purposes Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to high voltage and low voltage systems within the property Requirements Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with supervising responsibilities Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical circuits (including high voltage), and industrial equipment Familiarity with schematics, wiring diagrams, and troubleshooting electrical or mechanical issues Experience using CMMS software for maintenance scheduling and record-keeping Excellent project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently Fluency in English and Spanish with strong communication skills for team supervision and stakeholder engagement Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and oversee complex projects Knowledge of manufacturing processes or industrial environments is preferred Ability to interpret technical schematics and operate diagnostic tools like ohmmeters effectively Join us in managing a vibrant property where your expertise will ensure safe, efficient, and well-maintained environments!
