Job Description

Description The Property Coordinator supports day-to-day property operations within a team structure aligned to a Senior Property Manager. This role focuses on execution and coordination and does not include financial or ownership responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Manage tenant requests and day-to-day communication Coordinate vendors, work orders, and maintenance activities Perform property inspections and track issues Maintain vendor compliance and documentation Support operational consistency across assigned portfolio Portfolio Alignment Supports a Senior Property Manager across a shared portfolio; no independent portfolio. Qualifications 1-3 years of administrative, operations, or property-related experience Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through Preferred Experience in property management, facilities, or service coordination Familiarity with work order systems or
