This role provides leadership and oversight across the portfolio and operates with support from a Property Coordinator when required. Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & Financial Oversight
  • Oversee financial performance across assigned properties
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Review CAM reconciliations and ensure accuracy
  • Identify risks and implement corrective action Client & Ownership Relations
  • Serve as primary point of contact for ownership
  • Lead client communication, reporting, and strategic discussions
  • Present financial and operational performance
  • Address escalated issues and provide strategic recommendations Operational Oversight
  • Provide direction and accountability for day-to-day operations
  • Ensure consistency in execution across the portfolio
  • Oversee vendor performance and major service contracts Leadership & Development
  • Mentor Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, or Coordinators
  • Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback Portfolio Size Typically, 15-25 properties when supported by a Property Coordinator, depending on asset complexity. Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years of property management or related operational experience
  • Working knowledge of financial performance, including budgeting, expense tracking, and variance review
  • Experience managing multiple properties, locations, or operational units
  • Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take ownership of results
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in commercial, retail, office, or mixed-use environments
  • Exposure to budgeting, CAM reconciliations, or financial reporting
  • Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
  • Experience with Yardi or similar property management systems
