Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties As a Community Manager, you act as an ambassador to our current and future residents at our beautiful Bryan/College Station, Texas property. You are fully accountable for all day-to-day property operations, overseeing and enhancing the value of the property. You must provide exceptional customer service to both residents and prospects in order to increase renewal, revenue and overall satisfaction. You will supervise onsite staff and be responsible for leading, developing and engaging them, in order to be successful while minimizing employee turnover. As part of our team, you will be responsible for promoting our CORE values of Integrity, Continuous Improvement and Excellence to all employees, residents and potential clients. Qualifications and Skills
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 3-5
years Property Management Experience Motivator and leader Responsible for managing performance of onsite team Organized and detail oriented Robust computer skills Financial understanding (able to maintain and analyze budgets, P&L, accounts receivable/accounts payable) General understanding of preventive and on-going maintenance Familiar with federal, state and local fair housing and landlord/tenant laws BenefitsTEAM MEMBER BENEFITS
