Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an On-Site Property Manager, where you will be the heartbeat of our residential community! This energetic role offers the opportunity to lead property operations, foster positive resident relationships, and ensure the seamless management of daily activities. As the face of the property, you'll oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, compliance with housing regulations, and administrative functions—all while creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. Your proactive approach and exceptional customer service skills will drive community satisfaction and operational excellence. Manage day-to-day property operations, including leasing activities, rent collection, and resident relations to promote a vibrant community atmosphere Oversee property maintenance and facilities management, coordinating repairs and inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met Administer leasing processes using Yardi or OneSite property management software, including tenant screening, lease signing, and move-in/move-out procedures Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8 programs, and other applicable legal requirements Handle legal administrative tasks such as lease contracts, notices, and documentation related to landlord-tenant law Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure adherence to safety standards Foster positive relationships with residents through excellent customer service, conflict management, and upselling amenities or additional services when appropriate Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations Familiarity with LIHTC programs, Section 8 housing vouchers, and related compliance requirements Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite; experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) is a plus Strong organizational skills with data entry, filing, and administrative experience in an office environment Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution abilities Knowledge of property maintenance procedures and facilities management practices Demonstrated ability in negotiation, contracts management, and customer relationship management strategies Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced setting This role is ideal for motivated professionals eager to make a tangible impact within a thriving community.
