Job Description

About Us:
Original Management is a growing property management company with rental properties across Texas. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Property Manager to help oversee daily operations at our properties. This position is ideal for someone open to relocating within Texas and looking for a long-term opportunity with a stable company.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of residential properties Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and landlords Handle tenant enquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly Conduct regular property inspections and prepare detailed reports Coordinate repairs and maintenance with contractors and service providers Oversee lease renewals, new tenancies, and vacancy management Work toward and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets to earn bonus Monitor rental arrears and follow up on outstanding payments Ensure all properties comply with relevant legislation and safety standards Maintain accurate records and documentation for all managed properties Grow and retain your property portfolio to maximise commission earnings
Requirements:
5+ years experience in property management Strong communication and organization skills Basic computer and recordkeeping skills Dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive Professional presentation and customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issues Bilingual is essential — must be fluent in both
