Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential property. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional property performance, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and raising occupancy. Your proactive approach will help foster vibrant communities, optimize property value, and deliver outstanding customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead property management initiatives with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring all aspects of property administration are handled efficiently and effectively. Duties Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations, to ensure smooth and efficient facility functioning. Oversee property leasing activities, including marketing available units, conducting tours, negotiating lease agreements, and upselling amenities or services to prospective tenants. Work to improve the property image within the Community Utilize property management software such as Yardi and OneSite to perform data entry, rent collection, financial reporting, and record keeping accurately. Coordinate property maintenance and facilities management ensuring timely repairs and upkeep of the property infrastructure. Handle legal administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, managing lease documentation, filing legal notices, and maintaining comprehensive records in accordance with legal standards. Foster positive relationships with tenants through excellent customer service practices, conflict management skills, and effective communication via phone etiquette and in-person interactions. Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with safety standards and cleanliness; address issues proactively to prevent escalation. Support lease renewal negotiations by identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or amenities that enhance tenant satisfaction while maximizing revenue. Regularly do marketing activities including, Facebook, Flyers, being active in the community Experience Proven experience in property management or real estate administrative roles with a strong understanding of property leasing processes. Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is essential for effective data entry and reporting. Experience with legal administrative tasks including contracts management, filing systems, and handling legal notices. Strong customer service background with excellent phone etiquette skills; ability to handle conflict resolution professionally. Excellent negotiation skills for lease agreements and contract discussions that benefit both the tenant and the property owner. Office experience involving data entry, filing systems, customer relationship management (CRM), and general administrative support is required. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
