Job Description

We have an immediate opening for a Resident Services Coordinator of a new Apartment Community, who will be the brand ambassador of the company promoting sense of community and quality lifestyle experience. The Resident Services Coordinator will greet all prospective tenants, current residents and other guests and assist property staff with various resident related tasks and communications, as well as managing the community's social media accounts and coordinating various resident social events and monthly flyers.
ESSENTIALFUNCTIONS
Greet all visitors with positive energy and enthusiasm. Acquire broad knowledge of both community and surrounding area. Develop a resource directory guide with core neighborhood resources (e.g., restaurants, schools, parks & rec, transportation services, emergency centers) Assess needs of residents and facilitate programs and services, such as health and wellness, or lifestyle activities. Implement resident social clubs to promote engagement and support networks within the community. Develop and execute a monthly newsletter that includes planned social events, resident services and local vendor advertisements. Develop relationships with local businesses to encourage sponsorships and partnerships. Manage all social media platforms by developing a content strategy that includes building brand awareness, adhering to a posting schedule, encouraging audience and resident engagement, utilizing high-performing content ideas. Support leasing staff by interviewing prospects to determine their needs and utilize knowledge of property and neighborhood to promote the community, conduct tours and be able to effectively communicate lease terms, leasing specials, community rules and eligibility requirements. Act as a main point of contact for residents for answering inquiries, complaint resolution and coordinating residents moving in/out of community. Perform customer satisfaction surveys by calling and/or emailing residents and prospects after completion of work orders and prospect tours. Conducts themselves and property business according to State and federal laws and regulations. Handles confidential and private information following company guidelines and government regulations to ensure sensitive information is secure. Assists with monitoring curb appeal of office, model unit, common areas and community grounds which may require light cleaning in between scheduled professional cleanings. Performs other duties as necessary to meet the needs of residents and the property.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
