Job Description
Mosaic Residential is seeking to fill a Property Manager position for a 350-unit Class A Community located in the Cypress area. Seeking a goal-oriented strong team leader who possesses a strong willingness to promote a TEAM atmosphere! The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining all aspects of property operations, and planning, measuring and achieving the goals set forth. Accept rents and deposits from residents and prospective residents. Update on a daily basis all rents, deposits, application and miscellaneous fees received from residents. Deposit all payments received prior to bank closing each day. Issue appropriate notices such as late payment, eviction notices, lockout and contractual lien notices, and returned check notices. Minimize delinquency through consistent follow-through on collection activities, including phone calls, notices, personal visits, execute lock out, contractual lien, and eviction filing and court appearances as required per Company policy and allowed by law.
