Our company is a real estate investment, development, and property management group headquartered based in Texas. The Leasing Manager oversees implementing and monitoring marketing efforts for the property and maintaining the overall advertising and marketing strategies. This position is responsible for increasing resident retention, tracking competitive trends, and generating new leasing traffic. Responsibilities Assist in marketing promotions and the development and placement of ads, flyers and promotional material. Assisting in the design of the marketing plan; promote the idea of reaching goals outlined in the plan. Identify potential residents utilizing market and demographic data as well as industry knowledge. Assisting the on-site staff in marketing all units, determining leasing problems and offer solutions to remedy vacancies. Establish a marketing strategy and annual marketing budget. Establish the resident retention program. Identify and generate traffic using market data and industry knowledge. Inform the Property Manager of current market conditions which may impact the community. Inspect all pre-leased apartments prior to the residents' scheduled move-in dates. Review reports to establish the appropriate marketing strategy to meet leasing goals. Route any service requests needed to the maintenance team and monitor resident satisfaction in person or through follow-up calls. Secret shopping competitors. Other duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum 2 year of lease up experience 2 year Class A leasing experience Experience with Yardi Fluent Spanish & English Have a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
