This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee mechanical systems, coordinate maintenance teams, and implement safety standards across multiple properties. Your leadership will drive efficiency, uphold high-quality service, and foster a safe and well-maintained environment for all occupants. We are seeking a proactive, energetic professional with strong management skills and technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of property facilities, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems to ensure they function efficiently and reliably. Manage facilities maintenance teams, supervising their work on mechanical systems repair, HVAC system repair, plumbing maintenance, and electrical troubleshooting. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to maximize equipment lifespan and reduce downtime. Ensure compliance with safety regulations by conducting regular inspections, updating safety protocols, and training staff on safety procedures related to high voltage, low voltage, and industrial maintenance. Read schematics and technical diagrams to troubleshoot engineering issues effectively; utilize tools like ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics. Coordinate projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, managing timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance in accordance with industry standards. Skills Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments with a focus on supervising teams. Strong mechanical knowledge covering systems repair such as HVAC (including programmable logic controllers), plumbing systems, electrical systems (high voltage and low voltage), and industrial machinery. Skilled in engineering troubleshooting using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools like ohmmeters. Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance management; ability to plan preventive maintenance schedules effectively. Excellent understanding of safety regulations related to industrial environments; committed to maintaining a safe workplace. Effective project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Fluency in English with clear communication skills; capable of leading teams and coordinating with contractors or vendors. Knowledge of manufacturing environments is advantageous; leadership experience is essential for managing facilities maintenance teams efficiently.
