JOB DUTIES
Conduct tours with potential renters Generate Guest Cards Track future move ins and move outs Answer any applicant/resident questions related to the Property as needed Prepare and execute lease documents/addendums Conduct credit/background checks Collect relevant fees/security deposits Assist Property Manager in any tasks pertinent to the continued success of your property Leasing is a career that allows you to achieve more and opportunities for internal growth are abundant as Alexander Forrest Investments continues to acquire new assets all across the country.Compensation & Benefits:
