We are seeking experienced and motivated Property Managers and Assistant Property Managers to join our growing portfolio. These roles are responsible for overseeing daily property operations, ensuring resident satisfaction, and maintaining strong occupancy and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance, leasing, and administrative functions Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service performance Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies Monitor occupancy, leasing activity, and resident retention efforts Address resident concerns professionally and in a timely manner Assist with budgeting, reporting, and financial performance (Property Manager role) Support leasing efforts and marketing initiatives to maintain high occupancy

Qualifications:

Property Manager:

3+ years of property management experience preferred

Assistant Property Manager:

1-2 years of experience preferred Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills Experience with property management software (OneSite preferred) Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
