This role involves travel to various properties throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, as needed. Provide leadership to the team, ensuring regular onsite presence to support residents, prospects, and vendors. Operate in compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, ADA, and all relevant federal, state, and local laws. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, keeping the team informed and trained on any revisions. Assist in budget preparation and expense management. Ensure rent collection, eviction processes, and lease rule enforcement. Maintain an approved vendor list and ensure compliance. Oversee unit turnovers and accounts payable. Hire, train, motivate, and supervise on-site staff, fostering teamwork and delivering annual reviews. Conduct market surveys, develop marketing plans, and strive for high occupancy. Provide exceptional customer service, leading to decreased turnover and high resident retention. Maintain organized records and initiate all necessary policies and procedures. Respond to emergency situations and notify Regional Manager as needed. Assist with other duties as requested by upper management.Qualifications:
10+ years of Multifamily Management experience required Multi-site experience preferred CAM® designation is a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and property management software Understanding of Landlord/Tenant laws, Fair Housing/ADA regulations, OSHA & EPA requirements Grace Hill Transcripts are a plus Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Reliable Transportation are required for site travelBenefits :
Monthly Leasing and Renewal Commissions Collections Bonuses paid monthly Quarterly NOI Bonus Paid time off Hourly Pay - Guaranteed 40 hours with the opportunity for overtime.Pay:
