LEASING MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Leasing Manager to lead leasing efforts at on of our apartment communities in Fort Worth, TX. This is a fast-paced, results-driven role ideal for someone with a strong background in multifamily leasing, excellent marketing skills, and a proven ability to close leases.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all leasing efforts for the apartment community Attract and retain qualified residents through innovative marketing strategies and community outreach Manage the entire leasing process: touring, application processing, approvals, and move-ins Maintain high occupancy by proactively following up on leads and closing deals Ensure online listings, social media, and signage are up-to-date and effective Collaborate with on-site staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain resident satisfaction Track leasing activity

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 2 years of experience in apartment leasing or multifamily housing Strong background in marketing, lead generation, and closing leases Self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable with leasing software and online marketing platforms Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus High school diploma or GED required Why NuRock?
