Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Enhance Customer Experience:

Take ownership of the customer experience, ensuring that all client needs are addressed promptly, and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients at multiple levels, ensuring long-term business retention and satisfaction.

Business Plan Implementation:

Coordinate and execute approved business plans, working with key stakeholders to organize and execute property events that drive success.

Vendor Management:

Lead vendor relationships for maintenance, client services, and building improvement projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes and timely execution.

Financial Management:

Oversee the property P&L, collaborating with the accounting team on budgeting, CAM reconciliation, and processing vendor invoices.

Compliance:

Maintain adherence to company policies and regulations while delivering outstanding service and results to clients.

What You Bring:

3-5 years of experience in retail center property management Bachelor's degree required Strong execution, follow-up, and problem-solving skills Excellent vendor management and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities and a heavy workload in a fast-paced environment Outstanding customer service orientation and communication skills Highly motivated, dependable, and eager to learn and grow Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Yardi Why Whitestone REIT?
