Community Manager Confidential Irving, TX Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $55,000 a year 19 hours ago Qualifications Vendor relationship building Guest relations Community management Operational management Customer relationship management Marketing Full Job Description Community Manager The Community Manager is the face of the community for members and prospects, and the operational backbone that ensures sales activity, lead handling, and CRM hygiene are met. the same standard at both brands. Primary responsibilities Own the member experience for members. Welcome new members, run onboarding, host community events, resolve issues, and maintain the warm, brand-aligned hospitality that defines us. Be the face of the center for prospects. Conduct tours when needed, follow up promptly, and ensure every prospect interaction reflects our voice and standards. Oversee daily operations , facilities, vendor relationships, and member communications. Make sure every lead interaction is logged in CoLevel, that one person owns each lead, and that no communication happens through personal phone or email. Track performance on the KPIs that matter: tour show rate, lead-to-tour conversion, tour-to-close conversion, response time, and private office occupancy. Be the connective tissue between sales, marketing and operations so that lead quality issues, campaign performance, and member feedback move quickly between the right people. Surface insights to ownership on what's working and what isn't, framed in operational evidence rather than opinion. Skills and attributes Growth mindset . Open to learning the data side of the role, willing to ask questions, and comfortable saying when something is unclear. Curiosity and willingness to develop new skills matter more than starting expertise. Process-minded . Can document a workflow, train someone on it, audit it, and improve it without losing patience. Curious about the data . Willing to build comfort with reports and dashboards over time. Interested in what the numbers are saying and able to bring questions forward when patterns aren't clear. Warm operator . Hospitality-first when working with members and prospects, direct and structured when working with the sales team and systems. Tech-fluent . Comfortable with CoLevel (or willing to learn it), able to work in spreadsheets, and willing to dig into automation and bot logic with support. Proactive . Brings issues forward with a recommendation or a question, not just a flag. Coaching mindset . Can give and receive direct feedback, frame coaching as systemic improvement, and hold standards without making it personal.
