Assistant Property Manager - Killeen, TX GPI Management - 2.5 Killeen, TX Job Details Full-time 21 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Bad debt management Full Job Description The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, including financial performance, administrative tasks, and resident relations. This role plays a key part in ensuring the property runs efficiently while maintaining a high level of service for residents and prospects. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is highly organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven. A strong focus on collections and delinquency management is essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively with residents regarding balances, payment plans, and account resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily property operations and act in the Manager's absence Collect rent, manage delinquency, and maintain accurate resident ledgers Perform leasing duties including tours and move-in/move-out inspections Respond to resident inquiries and resolve concerns professionally Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up for completion Attend eviction court and understand the eviction process (TAA compliant) Conduct daily property walks and inspect vacant units
Qualifications:
2+ years of property management or related experience preferred Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and property management software Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude OiIsQladsr
