Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Property Manager to oversee the management of residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining tenant relations, ensuring property profitability, and managing day-to-day operations with professionalism and efficiency. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of property leasing, including conducting tours, upselling units, and negotiating lease agreements to maximize occupancy and revenue. Responsibilities Oversee all leasing activities, including property tours, applicant screening, and lease negotiations to maintain high occupancy rates. Ensure full compliance with Fair Housing laws, Section 8, LIHTC, and all applicable local and federal regulations. Manage property maintenance by coordinating repairs and routine services to ensure safe, well-maintained properties. Maintain accurate tenant records, lease agreements, and reports using property management systems Deliver excellent resident service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and fostering positive tenant relationships.
Qualifications:
Valid Texas Real Estate License with experience in property management or leasing roles. Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws, Section 8 regulations, LIHTC programs, and landlord-tenant laws. Hands-on experience with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite. Proven ability to manage tenant relations, resolve conflicts, and negotiate effectively in a customer-focused environment. Solid administrative skills, including data entry, recordkeeping, and handling lease documentation. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
