This is a full-time, in-person position for someone who thrives on building relationships, closing deals, and delivering measurable results. This role is not administrative; it is performance-driven. The right candidate is a go-getter who embraces challenges, pursues big wins, and takes ownership of outcomes that directly impact the strength and growth of our association. Role Overview. The Membership Manager will lead all membership recruitment, retention, and engagement efforts while also driving sponsorship and event sales. This position is responsible for building a strong pipeline of prospects, converting leads into members and sponsors, and ensuring long-term member value and retention. This role requires a high level of engagement at WTHBA events, many of which take place outside of standard business hours. The ideal candidate is flexible and willing to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed to support membership engagement, networking opportunities, and revenue-generating events. This person is also a relationship-driven professional with an established network in the Lubbock business community, particularly among business owners, executives, and key decision-makers.
