Assistant Property Manager As our Assistant property manager, you're not just managing units—you're helping drive the success of a company scaling to new heights, providing support, leadership, and oversight where it's needed most.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide leadership and direction to on-site teams. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, and other laws. Oversee budgets, rent collection, vendor relations, and unit turns. Drive occupancy through effective marketing and resident retention. Hire, train, and motivate staff while fostering a high-performance culture. Respond to emergencies and represent the company with professionalism.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and organizational skills

Tech-savvy:

MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and property management software Understanding of landlord/tenant law and compliance requirements Valid Driver's License, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
