Churchill Forge Properties is committed to maintaining quality properties and providing exceptional service to its residents and clients. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Manager located in Midland, TX. Responsibilities include overseeing daily property operations, managing resident relationships, addressing maintenance issues, supervising onsite staff, and ensuring compliance with property management regulations. Additional responsibilities include preparing financial reports, setting rental rates, and ensuring the properties meet financial performance goals. Qualifications Experience in property management, resident relations, and lease administration Knowledge of property maintenance operations and vendor management Proficiency in financial reporting, budgeting, and rent collection Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Familiarity with real estate laws and compliance standards Proficiency in property management Entrata software is a plus Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively 2-5 years of property experience At least 1 year in a supervisory or management role Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
