On-Site Property Manager Horseshoe Lodges Midland, TX Job Details Full-time $35,000 - $50,000 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Customer service Property leasing High school diploma or GED Live-in employment Property management Full Job Description Full time On site manager for Cabins & RV rentals in Midland TX. Requires manager to live on our property either in a property rental unit or by connecting your personal RV on a property pad.
Responsibilities:
Checking in and out customers, ensure all units running smoothly, oversee house keepers and maintenance workers. Collect payments, housekeeping. Responsible for answering calls on the weekends and select days thru the year. Candidate will be responsible to be available at all times if things come up.
CANDIDATE NEEDS TO BE NICE AND PLEASANT TO GIVE CUSTOMERS A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE.
Training provided. Spanish speaking is a plus. Preferably looking to hire someone with at least 1-2 years managerial experience (in any field).
