Property Manager job Description - Perryton We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of our residential Apartment complex in Perryton

. This role involves managing property staff, ensuring optimal facility performance, and maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and tenant satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong management skills, mechanical and electrical knowledge, and experience in facilities management to create a well-maintained, safe, and functional environment. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement in property operations while fostering positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members. Duties Oversee the maintenance and operational activities of the property, including HVAC systems, electrical infrastructure (including high voltage and low voltage systems), and industrial equipment. Supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring timely completion of repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules. Manage facilities management systems such as Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset histories, and maintenance schedules. Review schematics and technical diagrams related to mechanical, electrical, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to troubleshoot issues effectively. Coordinate projects related to property upgrades or renovations with project management teams while adhering to safety standards. Conduct regular inspections using tools like ohmmeters to assess electrical systems' health and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, safety inspections, and compliance documentation for audits and reporting purposes. Requirements Proven management experience with supervising teams in facilities or industrial maintenance environments. Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience working with schematics, electrical systems (including high voltage), and programmable logic controllers (PLCs). Familiarity with CMMS platforms for tracking work orders and asset management. Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting (including low voltage systems), and industrial maintenance procedures. Ability to read technical schematics, use testing tools such as ohmmeters, and interpret system diagrams accurately. Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently across multiple projects. Fluency in English with strong communication skills for coordinating with team members, vendors, and stakeholders. Supervising experience in a facilities or manufacturing setting is highly preferred.
