What You'll Gain (Benefits of the Role) Consistent, full-time schedule in a fast-paced multifamily housing environment Hands-on experience in leasing, resident relations, and lease-up operations Opportunity to grow your career in property management with real advancement potential Exposure to outreach marketing, resident engagement, and community-building initiatives A team-oriented culture where professionalism and performance are recognized and valued Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and supplemental insurance options (employee-paid portion may apply) 401(k) plan with company match up to 4% of earnings Bonus and commission program eligibility Paid time off (PTO) What You'll Do Plan, implement, and participate in resident activities and community engagement events Provide consistent, professional, and high-quality customer service at all times Serve as a liaison between residents and onsite property management staff Greet residents, guests, and prospects warmly while presenting the community and available apartments Highlight apartment features and benefits in a clear, engaging, and professional manner Complete lease paperwork accurately and maintain organized resident files Distribute and follow up on renewal notices in a timely manner Participate in outreach marketing efforts to generate new leasing opportunities Create a welcoming, comfortable environment for residents and guests through exceptional service Manage multiple responsibilities with speed, accuracy, and strong attention to detail Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, professionalism, and grooming Work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and maintain a calm, friendly demeanor in all situations Support lease-up activities as needed to help achieve occupancy goals 3 years of property management experience 2 years of apartment leasing experience Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Yardi, OneSite, Real Page, and Velocity rental systems. Exhibits honesty and integrity in business dealings and decision-making. Strong work ethic. Well-developed interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and multi-task Strong analytical, leadership and presentation skills. High School diploma or equivalent required. Able to read, write and speak fluent English. Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.
