Job Description
Salons by JC is seeking a full-time Daytime Concierge Manager to work in a lively work environment. Responsible for implementing all daily salon operations to ensure quality of services provided and the growth of the salon's profitability. As a Concierge Manager you will perform the following essential functions:
- Manage operator recruitment and retention
- Promotes excellence in tenant services
- directs customer traffic, enforces salon policies
- Performs administrative duties
- manages operator agreements, cash flow functions, monitors office supplies/inventory
- Provide oversight for property management
- manage safety minor maintenance Qualified Candidates must have:
- Positive, outgoing and energetic personality
- Three years + excellent customer service position
- Computer experience with Excel, Word, and business Social Media
- Ability to handle busy front desk / maintain excellent records & Confidentiality
- Professional appearance at all times
- Organized and self-motivated
- Dependable and hard working attitude
- Works quickly and with a team spirit
- College preferred
- Candidate will be able to lift 25lbs This position requires 9:00-5:00 PM Tuesday-Friday and 9:00-4:00 Saturdays Starting pay $15.
