Senior Retail Property Manager

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Sugar Land, TX. The Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned commercial or residential properties, implementing effective property management strategies, maintaining positive tenant relationships, ensuring timely rent collection, and vendor management. Additional responsibilities include conducting property inspections, ensuring premises remain in compliance with all regulations, and managing budgets to achieve financial performance goals. Responsibilities Oversee daily property operations, inspections, and maintenance Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants and handle all communications Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and service providers with the teams Monitor operating budgets, invoices, and expenses Ensure compliance with lease terms, safety standards, and company policies Conduct routine property inspections and prepare condition reports Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, tenant experience, and asset value Qualifications Experience in commercial or retail property management Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities Knowledge of budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking High attention to detail and problem-solving ability Professional demeanor with strong tenant service skills Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Experience with Yardi property management
