We are seeking a Residential Operations Manager to oversee residential and community-based programs supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. In this role, you'll lead multiple locations, mentor frontline leaders, drive operational excellence, and help ensure the highest quality of care for the people we serve. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced healthcare, human services, behavioral health, residential care, or social services leader who enjoys building strong teams, solving challenges, and creating positive outcomes. What You'll Do As a Residential Operations Manager, you'll serve as the primary operational leader for a portfolio of residential programs. You'll partner with team members, families, guardians, healthcare professionals, and community stakeholders to ensure safe, person-centered services and exceptional experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and supporting Residential Coordinators and direct care teams Driving quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence Recruiting, hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing staff Monitoring program performance, staffing, and service delivery metrics Supporting client admissions, transitions, and ongoing care coordination Ensuring programs remain survey-ready and compliant with state regulations Managing incidents, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement efforts Building strong relationships with families, guardians, and community partners Partnering with clinical, HR, finance, and quality teams to support growth and retention Why Join Us? Requirements What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Psychology, Nursing preferred 3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare, human services, residential services, behavioral health, or a related field Proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Experience with regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and operational oversight preferred Passion for serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilitie

Up to $23.00 per hour
