Hours:
Mon-Fri 8:30am-6pm & Sat 10am-2pm Position Summary ASAP Personnel is seeking a qualified Property Manager to support apartment communities while delivering exceptional service, professionalism, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily property operations. Manage budgets and financial performance. Lead onsite staff and vendors. Drive occupancy and resident retention goals. Review delinquency and collections reporting. Ensure regulatory compliance. Approve contracts and invoices. Conduct inspections. Prepare owner reports. Manage capital improvement projects. Qualifications Relevant apartment industry experience preferred. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license where applicable. Preferred Qualifications Apartment industry experience strongly preferred. Experience with Yardi, OneSite, Entrata, or MRI where applicable. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus. #INDARL #EP
