Job Description

The Resident Aide Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day function of the organizational Resident Aide team. Ensuring the Resident Aide team is performing required tasks in compliance with standards. Ensure residents are always receiving the highest level of quality care.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Management, scheduling, and training of floor technicians Inventory of Resident consumables i.e., bedding, hygiene, clothing etc. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and grant requirements. Ensure compliance with company policy and procedure. Manage resident medication room and distribution. Oversee donation intake and documentation.
Positional Requirements & Qualifications:
Education & Experience HS Diploma or equivalent Previous management experience preferred. 3 years customer service experience Skills & Abilities Time management Customer service Adaptable & flexible Good organizational skills Basic computer skills Good communication skills
Essential Physical Functions:
Long periods of standing and walking Lifting to 50 lbs.
Pay:
$19.00 per hour
