Bustos Capital is a growing, privately owned real estate portfolio, and we are looking for a high-energy Property Manager to serve as the right hand to our Regional Manager. This isn't just a desk job—it's a multifaceted role overseeing a diverse portfolio that spans residential properties, self-storage facilities, and commercial complexes.

- 5:30 PM Saturday
- Sunday CLOSED On call when needed

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact, addressing inquiries to ensure a positive resident experience. Oversee property upkeep, coordinate repairs, and ensure the timely resolution of all issues. Facilitate property showings, tenant onboarding, lease agreements, and renewals. Support rent collection, invoice processing, and budget management tasks. Ensure all properties adhere to relevant regulations and internal company policies. Resolve tenant complaints to satisfaction in alignment with high-quality property standards. Monitor prospects and integrate leads into marketing campaigns to drive occupancy. Crosstrain and provide operational assistance for the self-storage division as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in property management. Self-storage experience is a PLUS! Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook). Candidates must be authorized to work in the US. Residing in Salt Lake County is highly preferred for this role. A clean criminal background is required. About Company
