Daily Responsibilities:

Follow up with prospective residents and leasing leads Answer resident and prospect questions professionally and promptly Schedule and conduct apartment tours Assist with leasing and resident retention efforts Process invoices and maintain accurate records Coordinate and schedule resident work orders Manage resident files and documentation Support the Property Manager with daily operations Assist in achieving occupancy, resident satisfaction, and financial goals Provide outstanding customer service while fostering a welcoming community atmosphere

What We're Looking For Required Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong desire to succeed Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Professionalism when handling difficult situations or resident concerns

Preferred Qualifications:
