We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.

Position Overview:

As the Leasing Consultant, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily operations of Jasper at Millcreek Apartments. You will work closely with the Property Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of the property, providing exceptional service to our residents, and overseeing various administrative and leasing tasks. This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong leadership and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations. Manage daily administrative tasks such as processing rental applications, preparing lease agreements, and handling inquiries. Oversee maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of resident issues. Coordinate and assist in community events and initiatives to foster resident engagement. Support marketing efforts to attract new residents, including online listings and social media updates. Monitor and enforce community policies, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all residents. Act as a liaison between residents and management, addressing concerns and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in property management software and basic office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A customer-first mindset with a focus on creating a positive resident experience.
