Property Operations Manager

  • Full-time Do you have a background in short term rental/hospitality experience and looking for the next step?
If so, you might be perfect for our Operations Manager Role. We are looking for someone to join our growing team year round...this is not a seasonal position. We are a short-term rental management group with 95+ units (and growing). As one of the premier local management groups in Moab, we strive to create the best experience possible for our guests and owners alike while being ambassadors to the Moab area! This role will be focused on working alongside our in house cleaning staff, quality assurance, maintenance and providing guest assistance where needed. Our technology systems will assist you in holding our team to top notch standards while also providing a memorable guest experience.
Responsibilities:
The right candidate must be confident, independent, and able to think quickly and provide practical solutions. They must be able to provide exceptional customer service to both homeowners and guests, as well as manage the ever changing list of "things that happen". Develop and maintain hospitality, quality, and safety standards for each property and oversee the operations team to ensure standards are met. Understand overall property operations & maintenance. Improve upon systems to maintain inventory items included with each property. Assist in onboarding of new units. Handle operations issues with professionalism and flexibility. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1-2+ years of professional experience in personnel management. Experience in travel/hospitality fields. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. Ability to understand and respect the differing needs of homeowners, guests, and company and find effective solutions that work for all parties. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership qualities with the ability and experience to hire, train, and manage a skilled team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay:
From $60,000.00 per year
