Job Description

Full-Time Community Manager ECM is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Community Manager to join our growing team. Position Summary As a Community Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of homeowners associations. You will work closely with Boards of Directors, homeowners, and vendors to ensure each community is professionally managed, financially sound, and well maintained. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, sound judgment, and the confidence to make decisions while providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of homeowners associations. Develop positive working relationships with Board members, homeowners, and vendors. Prepare board meeting agendas and management reports. Attend and facilitate evening board meetings. (2-3 meetings per week. Some in person, some held electronically). Ensure communities are maintained in accordance with governing documents and Board direction. Coordinate maintenance, repairs, capital improvement projects, and vendor contracts. Respond promptly to homeowner, Board, and vendor inquiries. Work with homeowners to resolve concerns professionally and efficiently. Oversee covenant enforcement and architectural review processes. Coordinate bids and recommend vendors for community projects. Review financial reports and assist Boards with budget planning. Ensure Board decisions are implemented accurately and timely. Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance concerns. Maintain accurate records and documentation. Qualifications Previous HOA or property management experience preferred. Strong customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. Comfortable making independent decisions while working collaboratively with the team. Proficient with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software. Experience with Vantaca is a plus. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate: Genuinely enjoys helping people. $49,863.72 - $60,050.93 per year
