Our Property Managers guarantee the high standard of quality living to our residents while providing excellent customer service.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities include:
Ensure community meets all monthly, quarterly and annual financial and operational targets, including achieving the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control and revenue improvement programs. Oversee and participate in all aspects of leasing production; including leasing administration, marketing community activities and maintaining product knowledge of community and competitors to maximize rental income and budgeted occupancy. Oversee and participate in all aspects of rent collections, file necessary evictions and ensure landlord/resident laws are followed. Manage online content for online listings, property websites and social media Serve as a model and coach for the team in handling daily operations including answering calls, scheduling appointments, greeting visitors, showing apartment units to prospective residents and any necessary paperwork, filing, etc. in an accurate, organized, and punctual manner. Become knowledgeable on our properties versus competition and effectively communicate value proposition to prospective residents Confirm residences are move-in ready and perform move-in orientations with new residents Learn, audit and ensure team's compliance with all Fair Housing Laws including local, state and federal housing regulations Physical Requirements While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
