Property Assistant Gibsongold Properties - 5.0 West Point, UT Job Details Part-time $1,000 a month 11 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Computer operation Customer service Real estate law English High school diploma or GED Driver's License Driving Property leases Computer skills Landlord-tenant law Full Job Description We are looking for a qualified dependable person to help us manage our four rental properties in Weber and Davis Counties. Assistant needs to be able to work a flexible work schedule and be in the office 3 days a week (Monday to Friday) "as needed" and also occasional Saturdays. Job is 1099. Applicant will do showings when we have vacant properties. The office is located in our West Point home. We need a person who is well organized, able to multi-task, has great computer skills, able to prioritize and manage the duties of the job. A working knowledge of Landlord/Tenant Laws is needed as well as understanding leases and has basic knowledge of how to manage properties. Applicant needs to have a dependable vehicle and a current drivers license. Job is non smoking and non vaping.
